When will my order ship?
Our orders ship out within 7-14 business days. On rare occasions, products may be out of stock during peak seasons, which are spring and fall.   We will notify you if we find there is a problem in filling the order. 

What are Your Shipping Rates?
We have a flat shipping rate of $7.95 for any size order within the USA.  Canadian orders are $15.50 flat rate, plus 15% of product total.   

How will my order ship?
We ship most orders United States Priority Mail, but occasionally will ship USPS Parcel Post, depending on the location.  

How do I know if my items are in stock?
We make every effort to keep all our products in stock at all times. However, during peak seasons or upon the arrival of new items, we can experience delays in shipments. We work hard to ship your order as soon as we can, but if there is a delay, you will be notified.

Can I cancel an order or add to an order?
Once an order is entered into our system, it can not be altered or cancelled. To serve all our customers as efficiently as possible, our order system is highly automated and does not allow orders to be altered in any way once they start the delivery process. Please make sure your order is checked for accuracy and completeness before taking the final step and sending it into our order system.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you may return regular priced items within 30 days of purchase. The items MUST be in resalable condition. Resalable meaning the item must be clean, free of any tears and does not require any extra handling care such as ironing and refolding (some refolding may be required, but within reasonable terms.)  It must also be in the original packing. The original packaging with the card insert must also be in resaleable condition.  If we find that a returned item is not in resalable condition and requires extra work to make it resalable, we can only refund your item less a restocking fee up to 50%.  Restocking fee will be determined based on the condition of the item.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

Clearance items are not returnable. All sales are final on reduced items. 

Simply return the products to us stating the reason for the return, include your name and packing slip and we will issue credit within 30 days of the day we receive the items returned. We regret that shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges for a different product will be billed shipping charges. We will process your exchange upon receiving the returned product. Return the item to us, then place a new order for the new item you would like to receive. We will bill and ship your new item as soon as possible and then process your return upon receiving. 

Do you sell Wholesale?
No, we do not sell wholesale at this time.
