How We Ship our Orders
We ship all our orders USPS Priority and Parcel Post. All orders include tracking numbers and are insured. If you need a different shipping method, please give us a call and we can help to meet your request. If another shipping method or express shipping is desired, any extra cost difference will be the customer's responsibility.
Flat Rate Shipping
We don't like to pay outrageous shipping costs any more than you do. We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping for US orders. Canadian orders are $15.50 flat rate, plus 15% of the product total.
How Fast Do We Ship
Most orders are processed the next business day. If you order over a weekend, your order will begin processing on Monday. We normally ship within 24 hours, but please allow 7 -14 BUSINESS days for your order to ship. Peak shipping times are spring and fall seasons and some backorders can occur. You will be notified by email if an item is backordered for any reason.
Holiday Ordering and Shipping
ORDER EARLY!! Due to the high volume of sales during the Christmas season, we ask that you order as early as possible.
We can not guarantee product will be available for the holidays after December 1st.
- You may return or exchange regularly priced items within 30 DAYS of receiving your order.
- All returns MUST be in their original packaging with all labels or card inserts included.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items. We regret that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items must be in the original packaging. They must not be laundered, damaged or altered in any way. If any item is returned that cannot be resold or must be reconditioned, there will be up to a 50% restocking fee taken off the refund.
- All items on sale are final and not returnable.
