Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
  • You may return or exchange regular priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. 
  • All returned items MUST be in their original packaging with all labels or card inserts included. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items.  We regret that shipping charges are non-refundable.    
  • Items must be in the original packaging.  They must not be laundered, damaged or altered in any way. If any item is returned that cannot be resold or must be reconditioned, there will be a 50% restocking fee taken off the the refund.
  • Once we receive the item, a refund will be processed within 72 hours. 
  • Sale items are final and not returnable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items.

All sale items are non-returnable. We cannot accept returns on items that were purchased on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus original shipping charge) on your original payment method within 72 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
